Refund Policy
At AetherniTee Factory, every item is carefully printed on demand. However, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, we are committed to finding a satisfactory solution.
📦 Returns accepted
We accept returns in the following cases:
Item damaged upon receipt.
Printing or sizing error attributable to the workshop.
Product not as ordered (e.g., incorrect design).
If any of these situations occur, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with: A photo of the affected product,
The order number,
A brief description of the problem.
We will then guide you through the return process. The product must be returned to our logistics partner (Printful), who will store the item free of charge for 30 days. After this period, if no return is planned, the item can be recycled.
🚫 Cases not covered
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind,
Wrong size ordered by the customer,
Incorrect delivery address provided when ordering.
In line with responsible production practices, our items are not stocked but made to order, which does not allow for standardized exchanges like those offered by large retailers.
💸 Refunds
Once the return is validated, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. If you prefer, a credit note or reshipment can be offered.
