These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the AetherniTee Factory website. By ordering from our store, you fully accept these conditions.

All products offered are printed on demand. Images, descriptions, and prices are for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screens or printing processes.
3. Orders
Any order validated on the site constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
An order confirmation is sent by email upon receipt of payment.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.
Payment is made online using the methods offered (bank card, etc.).
The order is processed only after payment validation.
5. Delivery
Products are made to order and shipped to the address indicated when ordering.
Delivery times are specified on the Delivery Policy page.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Right of withdrawal
As our products are manufactured to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
In case of defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to consider an exchange or refund.
7. Liability
AetherniTee Factory cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or a purchased product.
Access to the site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, visuals, logos, graphic creations) are the exclusive property of AetherniTee Factory.
Any partial or total reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

10. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
